during the treatment can make the process painless. Earlier there was a myth that root canal can cause arthritis, heart disease and kidney disease but
were never proven true. The need of a treatment is evaluated by the dentist or the symptoms include severe tooth pain while eating, sensitivity to hot
and cold, swelling etc. The process or number of processes depends on the condition of the tooth.
The infection and the tooth to be operated on are the two decisive factors. Generally an entire treatment can be completed in two meetings or so. The
root canal cost depends on how bad the condition of the tooth is, and the type of tooth that has to be treated. The approximate cost of a typical
treatment ranges from $350 to $540 for the incisor and $520 to $800 for the molars. Root canal treatment is covered by almost all dental insurances.
